Judy Kater conducts all personalised sessions with the Relaxation Project. She works with individuals and groups, and also runs courses, workshops and retreats. Judy is a qualified and professionally trained Yoga & Meditation teacher and a Workshop Facilitator with over 25 years experience. She also is a qualified Holistic Counsellor and Energetic Healing Practitioner. Judy teaches meditation at Nature Care College in Sydney, and she wrote the curriculum for their Meditation Facilitator’s Certificate. Thousands of people have benefitted from Judy’s sessions and her wealth of knowledge and experience.
