Harmonic Sound Healing provides an effortless way to drift into a d-e-e-p state of relaxation - from the crown of your head to the tip of your toes. During a Harmonic Sound Healing session the client can sit up or lay comfortable on their back. A variety of instruments are played on and around the body - Himalayan Bowls, Chimes, an Earth Gong, Tinctures and Bells. Over eighty percent of our body is made up of water and sound vibrates through water. Our bodies therefore are very receptive to the healing vibrations of Harmonic Sounds - cells, muscles, organs and the energy field that surrounds the body is restored back to a harmonious and balanced state.
