The Mission

The Relaxation Project’s MISSION is to empower people to cultivate inner calm, inspiration and energy in everyday life. The AIM is to assist people with developing a richer connection with themselves through the practice of relaxation and greater awareness. 

The Relaxation Project is about creating a ripple affect of relaxation - when one person feels relaxed, this spreads to others like the ripples in a pond. As people shift gears towards greater relaxation, connection & inspiration flow. Give it a go, It truly works !

The Relaxation Project guides people to connect from the inside - out. Listening & being true to the messages that our body-mind-spirit signals to us in every present moment is the key and available to everyone. 

My Approach

GET RESULTS. I work with people who desire to make positive changes in their lives. You receive personal attention and support to shed outdated ways and patterns that no longer serve you. You hold the key, my role is to guide you with tools and a manageable framework. 

RECEIVE a comprehensive & integrated approach to health, healing & wellbeing. Gain practical & effective skills to relax your body, reset your focus and refresh your energy. The Relaxation Project guides you to celebrate self-care and connection in your daily life. Sessions and Programs are suitable for beginners through to all levels. 

LEARN techniques to counterbalance the pace of life and the many modern day stresses. Relaxation helps slow our perception of time and invite what we really want into our lives. One step at a time. Priorities become clearer when we are calmer. Inspiration grows.  

MY JOURNEY into healing and self awareness began in 1985. Feeling challenged in several aspects of my life and under increasing pressure, my happy attitude and disposition gradually slipped away, dissatisfaction moved in and my inner critic grew into a monster. It was difficult to relax my mind. 


To help myself, I started practising yoga and meditation. Gratefully I regained my balance and peace of mind. A sense of contentment from within was an unexpected yet greatly welcomed added bonus. I experienced a huge shift in my perspective, my outlook to life expanded and profound healing took place. A strong impulse to engage in life in a more meaningful, authentic and conscious way awoke. I felt drawn to explore a range of natural therapies and studied numerous styles of Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Breath-work, Sound and Energetic Healing. My appetite to travel and experience different cultures further awakened my outlook, my yoga and meditation practice continued evolving along the way as I attended classes filled with a range of cultural diversity and philosophies. My personal practice became a joyful and rich eclectic mix of knowledge and understanding, which continues to expand my sense of self, others and the world, even to this day.


I find contributing to people’s lives gratifyingly and fulfilling. I have extensive experience working with people of all ages and in a range of environments: private homes, the workplace, health-centres, schools, hospitals, aged care, retreat locations and at special events. I have experience working with individuals and groups, as a facilitator, educator, speaker and mentor of health & wellbeing. 

Judy is professionally trained and qualified, with a Diploma of Holistic Counselling, Diploma of Energetic Healing, Diploma of Holistic Life Coaching and is accredited as a Yoga Teacher and Meditation Facilitator. She is the writer and trainer of the Meditation Facilitator's Certificate and member of the Energetic Healing and Life Studies Faculty at Nature Care College in Sydney.

She is a member of both the Australian Counselling Association & the Australian Yoga Teacher's Association.
